The  Part Of The Whole newsletter is posted towards the beginning of each month, usually by the 10th.

Our list of monthly specials is usually posted within the first couple days of the month.  It's on a password-protected page, but your email will include the link and password.  Or check the beginning of the monthly newsletter for the password, as well.  ~smile~

Our newsletter subscribers are also automatically entered in subscriber-only drawings.  Usually Marie draws multiple names during each month and gives them a choice of several goodie prizes.  Since each drawing period starts over again at the beginning of a month, subscribers could actually have their name drawn multiple months in a row.  ~grin~

Rarely, we might send an additional notification of product specials or website update info that just can't wait for the next newsletter.  Those extra mailings will be kept to an absolute minimum, as Marie feels the same way that you do about tons of unnecessary emails.

One email notification when the Monthly Specials are posted.
One email notification when the Monthly Newsletter is posted.
(Or if they are posted on the same day - you'll receive one email with both notifications.)
A possible email notification that you are a subscriber drawing winner.  ~grin~
