Having professionally provided computer support to customers since the early 1990s, I've built up a vast store of information from the support side and from the customer side. The only problem is getting it all written down! I realized a while ago that most of the tips that I had typed up over the years were based on particular versions of programs. Some of those versions were 3 or even 4 versions ago.
I am working on writing down what is current so that you have information available that will improve your computer experience. Look to find at least one new article each month that will help you with working on your computer.
