We are Clearing Out business inventory and personal items that we no longer will be keeping on hand (or that are just taking up a lot of space ~grin~). We are getting our home ready to show so that we may sell it, and will be moving into a smaller place now that our children are mostly gone. Since we have filled this nice **large** house to capacity, that means that we need to downsize in a big way.
